Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution of Olympia’s marketing strategy, social media management, and promoting brand awareness. This role requires a tech-savvy, creative thinker, with project coordination abilities and a solid grasp of digital advertising. Proficiency in Google, and Meta Ads is essential, along with a talent for creating written communications that reflect Olympia’s brand identity and motto, "With Us, It’s Personal."

Repositing to the Vice President, Design, the Marketing Coordinator will utilize data to analyze campaign performances, identify opportunities for optimization and increase engagement, and ensure the organization’s digital presence aligns with the diverse needs of each division.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Upholds the division and Olympia’s reputation and values, while promoting our motto “With Us, It’s Personal” in all interactions with employees, clients, and business associates.
  • Create, coordinate, and post content across various platforms to support lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns aligned with Olympia’s strategic goals, ensuring resonance with the organization’s vision and audience.
  • Contribute to the overall development of Olympia’s digital and social media strategies, including digital advertising and SEO improvements, to increase visibility and brand recognition.
  • Prepare and distribute newsletters and promotional emails through multiple channels.
  • Build and schedule social media content aligned with business objectives to boost engagement.
  • Support the marketing and design team in digital presence enhancement, public relations management, and contribute to internal content creation and publications.
  • Collaborate with designers to enhance user experience and website updates as needed.
  • Utilize analytics to assess the impact of digital marketing efforts and highlight areas for improvement based on data driven insights.
  • Maintain HubSpot as necessary.
  • Execute marketing requests from the various Olympia divisions to reflect each division’s unique vision and needs.
  • Conduct market research for each division to identify industry trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics, leveraging analytic tools.
  • Coordinate events for sponsorships and corporate events.
  • Identify trends and suggest opportunities to optimize spending using performance-based findings.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and take on various tasks as assigned by Olympia’s management and executives.

Formal education or experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or another related field is preferred but could be supplemented with a diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of Marketing experience is required.
  • 1 to 2 years of Marketing Analytics experience is preferred.

Specialized skills or knowledge

  • Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as a solid understanding of digital marketing best practices for leveraging both platforms, is required.
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork is required.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background check is required.
